L’ASTERISK GENDER GEAR PROGRAM
This program allows anyone in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community aged 14-35, to access for free:
Binders, gaffs, menstrual underwear, menstrual cups, reusable pads, tucking tape, and trans tape.
Available for pickup during office hours.
As a new pickup-only service, please note that STP/Packers and breast forms are unavailable. If you require these items, we recommend contacting Jeunesse Lambda, Gender Center for Advocacy, or P10 for more information.
How to access the L’Asterisk Gender Gear program ?
You can order Gender Gear through our online store below.
Place an order online in 3 easy steps:
Choose Your Items: Browse our inventory and select up to 4 items per order, with a maximum of 2 bathing suits.
Check Out: Complete your purchase by following our checkout process.
Pickup Notification: We’ll process your order and notify you via email when your items are ready for pickup.
Menstrual products
Return Policy
Pick-Up: All orders must be picked up within 14 days after they are ready for collection.
Trial Policy: You may try on binders, bathing suits, and period underwear over your clothes at L’Asterisk
Non-Returnable Items: Reusable pads, period underwear, and aisle cups cannot be returned after leaving the L’Asterisk
Returnable Items:
Binders: Can be returned within 30 days of pick-up, provided they are unworn.
Trans Tape, Tucking Tape, and Chafing Deodorant: Can be returned if unopened.
Bathing Suit Tops: Can be returned within 30 days of pick-up.
Return Requirements:
Items must be unused/unworn.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
A screenshot of your order must be provided.
Exchange Policy
In-space Exchanges: Exchanges can be made at L’Asterisk during pick-up.
Post-Pick-Up Exchanges: After leaving the space, the following items can be exchanged:
Binders
Unopened trans tape, tucking tape
Bathing suit tops
Exchange Requirements:
Items must be unused/unworn.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
A screenshot of your order must be provided or the name you used for your order.
